What Happens When You Call?

  1. We ask a few quick questions: whether you have a recent test result, whether the home is slab-on-grade or has a crawl space, and why you need mitigation (sale, purchase, or peace of mind).
  2. If you don’t have a current test, we schedule one first — there’s no point pricing a system before we know the actual number.
  3. If you already have a reading at or above 4 pCi/L, we schedule a walk-through to look at the slab layout, garage access, and attic routing before quoting a firm price.
  4. Installation is scheduled, usually within the same week, and typically finished in a single day.
